6 week KB Strong Challenge

Hey -

Wanted to let you know, we are running a 6 week "Kettlebell Strong" Challenge, starting March 4th, and thought you might be interested!

This is a 6 week, 100% distance - based program where we give you:

- The kettlebell workouts
- The meal plan
- The accountability, coaching, feedback

Basically everything you need to add lean muscle, bust your plateau, and get STRONG as all get out - with just a couple of kettlebells.
