I just came accross an interview with former NFL player Jerome Anderson on - you guessed it - kettlebells!
Jerome played for the Jacksonville Jaguars, and he was basically talking about the tremendous gains he's got in regards to cleaning up some of the injuries from football, and reclaiming a more functional lifestyle.
Personally, I couldn't agree more.
