The KB Strong Challenge starts this coming Monday, March 4th.

We will review your application, get back to you ASAP if you are approved, and send you a link to officially register.
This is a 6 week, 100% distance - based program where we give you:
- The kettlebell workouts
- The meal plan
- The accountability, coaching, feedback
Basically everything you need to add lean muscle, bust your plateau, and get STRONG as all get out - with just a couple of kettlebells.
Another thing that makes this program different: we actually TEST OUT your swings, presses, burpees, push ups, and pull ups ... at the beginning and end of the Challenge ... and the full program is based around helping you get STRONGER at these specific moves.
