New 6 week bodyweight-only training plan

Hey!

I wanted to forward along some info on a new bodyweight training program that I thought you might be interested in:

New 6 week bodyweight-only training program

It's basically geared towards fat loss, lean muscle, overall total body conditioning.

The workouts take around 20 minutes to complete, and are bodyweight only, so you can do them anywhere, which is pretty cool.

And like you were saying - if you're wanting to take it a little easy on your body and your joints for a bit and take a break from the more heavy lifting stuff, I think this program is a great one to check out:

A couple things that make this particular program unique are:

1 - You can get some solid total-body workouts where you're getting strength and conditioning and a little bit of everything in a short amount of time, with zero equipment

2 - The main program is in follow-along video format - which for some reason I didn't used to be into, but recently am enjoying more and more. Mainly because, if you're working out on your own (like I end up doing a lot of the time these days personally!), it can be really helpful and more motivating! (the main workouts are also in written format if you prefer that instead)
