Iso Mass Workout Method

I played college football at UC Davis.
We shared our weight room with about 10 other college sports, including the track team.
One of the track coaches was from Japan … and his training approach was what you might call unorthodox! … but he produced some amazing success stories.
Now as I learn more about isometrics, I realize that it was one of the unique methods he used what seemed like daily with his athletes.
There are a few ways to perform isometric exercise. He did it with equipment. (This is the type of isometrics that are used in the Iso Mass Workout Method.)
For example, let’s say he was having an athlete do an isometric drill with the squat. He’d set the bar on one set of pins at the mid-range of the movement, usually where a sticking point would occur. Then the athlete would assume their position with the exercise, and drive the bar into the set of pins as hard as they could for six to eight seconds.

You’d see guys increase their strength and performance FAST under this coach. The unusual methods he used – like isometrics – were a big reason why.
If you want to learn more about Isometrics, and learn how to use it to boost strength, mass, and performance, I recommend a program called Iso Mass. Learn more on the next page:
