Have you heard of XRX?

Here’s an outline of what the training approach looks like:
*Use your 15RM weight (one you could get 15 reps with):
set 1 = 10 reps (fairly easy)
– rest 30 seconds –
set 2 = 10 reps (getting hard)
– rest 30 seconds –
set 3 = 8 to 10 reps, max out to failure (hard)
