Important message for KB fans worldwide!

If you were stranded on a desert island and were allowed to take one piece of training equipment with you, what would it be? 🏝️

I’d pick a kettlebell! 

Because with just a single KB, you can get a short, sharp full-body workout, any time.

You literally don’t need any other equipment if your goals are cutting down, building lean muscle, and strengthening your core, and getting in better shape overall.

Just simple, ~15-20 minute kettlebell / bodyweight complexes and circuits will do the trick.

It’s true “Freedom from the Gym”!

Perfect for this time of year 💪

HOWEVER – you do need to know how to structure your workouts for maximum benefit.

You want to make sure to hit all of your muscle groups evenly, so that you avoid injury, and don’t end up developing muscle imbalances.

You want to have a long-term plan, so that your workouts build on one another, and you progressively overload your muscles over time.

And you need the accountability and coaching and direction to make sure you actually do the workouts and execute the plan – and end up getting the results!

That’s where we come in 

Because we are looking for 25 ambitious men and women who are willing to undergo this 42-Day journey to get into the best shape of their lives.

These will be short, sharp full-body workouts that you can ANY time, any place, with just your bodyweight and a single kettlebell.

We’ll also be there every step of the way with daily motivation and accountability to help you stay the course and get the RESULTS you want and deserve!
Requirements to apply:

😎 Willing and able to follow a completely done for you plan that has been tested and proven to deliver great results
😎 Can dedicate at least 2-3 times a week to workout
😎 Willing to follow an easy to follow eating plan (without having to count calories)
😎 Wants to do the program along side other amazing men and women just like you
