1776 year is celebrated in the United States as the official beginning of its nationhood, with the Declaration of Independence issued on July 4.

Happy 243rd Birthday America!

Here is a workout to help you celebrate 🙂

4th of July 1776 Rep Bodyweight Workout

— 30 jumping jacks

— 12 push ups

— 21 bodyweight squats

— 12 inverted rows

— 30 skater hops (per side)

— 14 mountain climbers (per side)

— 30 high knees

8 rounds for time

THEN

10 burpees every minute, on the minute – 4 rounds – 40 total
