Over the last 8 weeks, I have really ramped up my training for an endurance event I am competing in at the end of September.
I've been doing a LOT of conditioning work - hills, stadium work, sprints, long runs, TONS of burpees, and more.
I feel as good as I have in years.
And you know what else?
I'm down 11 pounds!
Crazy thing is, I did not change my diet at much, if at all.
And during my workout this morning, I had a thought.
I was thinking this is something a lot of men and women out there could benefit from.
Because people want to get into amazing shape. They want to lose fat. And they struggle with diet.
So I am thinking of running a 28 day beta group.
You're going to get into incredible cardio shape.
And you're also going to lose weight, without having to diet.
Now there is going to be a LOT work involved, so you really need to have a base of fitness under you to participate. This is not for total beginners.
This program is intended to be done on TOP of your current training program.
So say you're training three times per week right now doing some sort of kettlebells or lifting etc. We're going to ADD 3-4x per week, 45-90 mins of conditioning work.
The goal is to send your conditioning levels through the roof, AND get the average participant down 5 pounds in 28 days. Without having to diet.

If we get at least 20 replies, we'll open it up for registration.
REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE:
1 - Commit to following the program, 100%
2 - Be cleared for intense exercise by your doctor
3 - Have the time in your schedule to train an EXTRA 45-90 minutes, 3-4x per week for 28 days
This will not be free, but it will be low cost. The fee to participate will basically cover costs - for my time putting the program together, for admin time organizing workout plans together to send out, for responding to questions and coaching participants through, etc. Likely around 20-30 bux per participant.
