Take a look at this pic:
This is a good image of what I think a guy’s arms should look like.
-- Shirt sleeve is filled out
-- Veins are evident but not overwhelming (good vascularity)
-- Mass is evenly distributed
-- Muscle has good volume but not unnaturally large
As you can see, you don’t have to get “huge” to have great looking arms.
However...
It’s easier said than done.
And most guys end up falling into one of these common traps:
X Lifting too heavy and getting injured
X Eating too much and hiding vascularity with fat
X Doing too much training volume and losing size
The quick fix that works every time is something I learned about from my colleague Todd Lamb.
He first discovered it during his time with Canadian special operations. And it only takes 5 to 6 minutes at the end of your regular workouts.
