Today I wanted to share a new video that will help you with a lot of the movements we will be doing.
Because one of the most overlooked techniques of training with KBs is how to properly rack a kettlebell.
The rack is where the KB ends up after a clean. It’s the start of overhead pressing, various kettlebell squatting variations, and more.
