Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest one after the other.
Once you have completed all exercises you can rest and repeat for 1-5 rounds total:
1 JUMPING JACKS
2 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

4 ALTERNATING SKIP KNEES
5 FAUX SKIPPING

Here’s something else you might find interesting:
When it comes to gains in cardiovascular fitness, research tells us that HIIT is NOT necessarily BETTER than traditional cardio exercise, also known moderate-intensity continuous training (MICT).
This might be surprising, since so many fitness goo-roos are expousing the effectiveness of HIIT over all other forms of cardio.
HOWEVER!
You CAN get similar benefits from HIIT cardio workouts – like the sample one I shared with you today – in a SHORTER total amount of time.
So if you do not have time for the traditionally recommended 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise each week, this may serve as a substitute.
75 minutes per week – for example, three 25-minute workouts like the “MMA Cardio” – Bodyweight Shred Workout I shared with you today – could be equally effective as twice the amount of moderate-intensity exercise.
For YOU, the “better” exercise regimen is arguably the one that is consistent and sustainable to see gains over time.
