We run an “Advanced” small group training program at our gyms in Sacramento, CA.

This program is intended to get YOU started with lifting - as an ADDITION to your existing HIIT - type program. 

You will focus on 2 main lifts to start - the “Modified” Sumo Deadlift and the Bench Press.

You will use a slightly modified version of the time-tested 5x5 training program, popularized originally by Reg Park in the 60's, later Bill Starr, and many others.

You will do these lifts ONLY for 8-12 weeks (in addition to your existing HIIT - type training) … learn the basic form, build up your strength … and it will build the base for future strength programs to come.
