We start this new 28 day kettlebell training program on Monday - will you be joining us?

The big idea behind this program is that we take some of the elements that make CrossFit style training so great, and improve on it for men and women age 40+.

I got the idea a few weeks ago when I ran across a YouTube video of a Masters category CrossFit games competition.

These athletes age 40 and up sport incredible physiques, and are well-balanced athletes at the same time.

But the way they train presents multiple problems for the average person.

So we have adapted the great workouts these athletes to use and have crafted a 28 day challenge program that you can do at home with a couple of Kettlebells and your own body weight in 20 or 30 minutes, three or four times per week.
