After a 14 year football career, including 2 years in the NFL, I had ā€œretiredā€ … and within a matter of months, found myself very out of shape.Ā

See, one huge factor I think that got me so out of shape — and this is also true for so many clients I work with—is that as life progresses, you have less time.

When I was nineteen years old, I often slept late, went to class, worked a part-time job, studied, and still had hours of extra time each day. If I wanted to work out for two hours, I easily could.

We used to go to the gym. Do cardio. Then lift. Then do abs. Then stretch.

Today, that would be almost impossible. With working fifty hours per week and running businesses and a young family and so much more, squeezing thirty minutes per day is about all I can do.

But fortunately, I discovered kettlebells.

They are the ultimate tool for getting a lot done in a short amount of time.

Now, in about twenty minutes, using the high intensity intervals combined with resistance training that you can get with kettlebells, I can get as good of a workout or even better than I used to in two hours.
