Tactical operators are in amazing shape.
They are lean, strong, and athletic... and they obviously perform at a very high level...
...but if you look at their training, it's really the OPPOSITE of what most people think to do.
When most men and women think of building strength, they think of hitting the gym, and training like a bodybuilder.
Spending a lot of time in the gym, pumping up the muscles.
The issue is, if you train like this, you're typically going to get strong, but also really big and bulky.
Super puffed up.
The opposite of "lean".
Not super athletic.
Which for *some* people, can be a good thing.
