We start this new 28 day kettlebell training program on Monday - will you be joining us?

The big idea behind this program is that we take the idea of a "chipper" workout from the CrossFit world - these are typically some kind of monumental, grinder of a workout where a series of movements are all linked together, one after another... where you get to do a bunch of stuff, burn a ton of fat, and test your limits all in one session!... and make it so that you can use this unique workout style, but do it at home, with just a kettlebell or two and our own bodyweight.

This program is especially friendly if you are over the age of 40, 50, or above... because we take care to get you a great workout, and help you increase muscle, reduce body fat, increase stamina and flexibility and improve my overall health... while also choosing movements that are easy on your joints and friendly to work around with injuries etc etc.
