75 "metabolic monsters" conditioning circuits

Arthur Jones - the inventor of Nautilus - was one of the first people to use the term "metabolic conditioning".

(It's since become a hugely popular concept and training style in the fitness world.)

He described it in an October 1975 issue of Athletic Journal magazine.

At the time, training programs were largely divided into:

- MUSCULAR STRENGTH - high-intensity, very short bouts of weight training
- CARDIO RESPIRATORY CONDITIONING - longer low intensity bouts of aerobic training

Jones came up with this idea of "Metabolic Conditioning", where you'd combine the two, and you would work at a high level of intensity for a prolonged period of time (at least 20 minutes), and the athlete moves from exercise to exercise with minimal rest, while maintaining a specific rep scheme and quality of movement.

It's become popular, because it WORKS! You end up getting a lot done in a short amount of time. You can get strength and cardio conditioning, all in one efficient workout.

A new program I highly recommend, where you'll get 75 of these metabolic conditioning circuits, is:

These circuits are targeted towards specific athletic performance goals such as:

- punching power (perfect for combat sports like MMA)
- lateral strength development (critical for athletes)
- improved pressing power
- core strength and explosiveness
- unstoppable strength/endurance

And much more!

You'll see changes in your body composition, meaning you'll get ripped, without sacrificing muscle mass or strength or losing any muscle!
