I came up with the idea for this training plan, because I see so many people struggle on the fat loss hamster wheel!

They focus in and lose a few pounds..

As so for me, that means following a sensible diet, and also hitting the workouts hard, and doing a good amount of training volume, all year round.

And that’s what HIIT Extreme is all about.

These are not 10 minute workouts you can do at home.

They take some time - 45 to 60+ minutes.
