Get as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:

– 50 Seal Jacks
– 8 Bodyweight Renegade Rows
– 15 Total Body Extensions
– 12 Plank Jacks
– 10 Alternating Reverse Lunges
– 8 Burpees
