I first got introduced to Funk Roberts five or six years ago through a mutual friend. It was initially an email intro, so I did a quick search to see what this dude was all about. This picture of Funk in a gladiator costume pops up:

Since Funk and I have become friends, and I also highly recommend his training plans. We have a similar workout / programming style, if you like my stuff, you will probably like his too.
