week 1, day 1: Kettlebell Complexes 28-Day Challenge

I am excited about how the workouts turned out for our upcoming Kettlebell Complexes 28-Day Challenge. 

It's going to be a lot of fun!

Complex Strength #1

The goal of a complex is to complete all reps of each move without stopping or putting the weights down. Rest as long as needed at the end of each round so that you can complete the next round without resting while maintaining proper form. The upper body movements will limit the weight you use for the complex. Push yourself on that weight since that is the weight that you will use for all the moves.

Suggested weight: Women 12-16K, Men: 16-20K

Complex:

Rest 30 seconds and repeat all on the opposite side. Complete 3 rounds on each side

Finisher:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes
