NEVER “warm up” before a workout 😲

It’s true, you should NEVER “warm up” before a workout the way most ‘experts’ advise unless you want to make your workouts harder and more dangerous than they need to be…
 
Frankly, most of what you see folks “warming up with” in the gym could actually compromise the strength and safety of their workouts.
 
Static stretching is just one example of what not to do.
 
But this begs the question: what should you be doing?
