Although it looks deceptively easy, the “Fixed Angle Contraction” exercise pictured below – called the Hollow Rock Hold – is one of the best exercises you can do to flatten your abs:

But be warned – that movement, though it looks simple, is actually fairly advanced. It’s tough to do properly.
