Well, as I write this email, things are getting a little crazy.

To say that the Coronavirus will has been a concern for many, would be an understatement.

Events, businesses, social gatherings - they are shutting down all over the US, and worldwide.

And I get it, and respect it. Looking at the data, it makes sense to do what needs to be done to stop the spread of this thing, and to keep it from getting out of control.

For the time being, at our personal training studio locations, we are following the news and recommendations from the CDC, and we are providing all of our regular sessions.

But I also understand that there are people in certain parts of the country and world that may not want to, or not be ABLE to, continue to work out in a gym or studio setting.

If that's you, and you still want to keep your workouts going, I have an alternative for you, that's perfect timing!
