Crazy times right now.

We had to shut our studio locations temporarily today 😭

It's going to be tough times, but we are determined to find a way to make it through!

I have been hearing from TONS of folks that their gyms are closed down too. It's happening all over the US and world, if it hasn't already where you are.

One silver lining to this is that I have been doing distance coaching for YEARS, and if you are looking for help in that area, I am highly qualified and prepared to help.

With my distance coaching program, it's like having me there as your personal trainer, but we can do it from anywhere in the world. This could be a great replacement if your current gym closed down. It's what we're really focusing on to be able to keep people going until we can re-open again at our Sacramento-area facilities.
