- two quick things
Published: Mon, 03/23/20
Hey - two quick things:
1 - I have a new, expanded, updated-for-2020 version of my No Gym? No Excuse! workout plan dropping TOMORROW
Wanted to give you the heads up :)
It's been ready to go for some months, sitting on my computer... the realization people everywhere aren't able to work out in a traditional gym setting right now, was the final push to get it finished and out into the world.
Stay tuned, it'll be available tomorrow.
And in the meantime, check out this sample workout from the program:

2 - Our online / distance coaching program has gone NEXT LEVEL
Dude.
Our online / distance coaching program, in a matter of 48 hours last week when we had to close our physical gym locations, got a 1000% upgrade :)
Group coaching clients are getting:
- A detailed weekly written plan
- Coaching videos that show how to do the movements with perfect form
- These workouts are done live, real-time, in follow-along, interactive format, by me and the FVT team, daily (can be done in live, real-time, or later at your convenience)
- Accountability and workout tracking and personal check--ins multiple times per week from me and the FVT team
Personal clients are getting:
- Personalized program design
- Live, in-person, real-time video coaching sessions
We are still tweaking and making improvements as we go...
...but I feel GREAT about the format, and think that this is about as close as you could possibly get to coming in to the studio and training with us in person...
...and in a lot of senses, even better, because of the increased accountability and personal communication etc between sessions...
I want to open this up to other folks in the Sacramento, CA community, as well as folks around the world who want to participate.
We're going to do a 14 day test drive so that you can try it out.
Reply back to this email if you are interested, and we'll go from there.
That's it for now.. stay focused, stay strong, stay positive.. and talk soon!
