We are looking for 8 more men and women over 40 to join our 28-day Kettlebell MRT Challenge - thought you might be interested?

(We love to have around 65-70 folks going through these Challenges together, and we're about 8 short of that number right now!)

This is our first official week, and you still have time to join, but if you want to grab one of the remaining spots, you'll want to sign up ASAP to get in:

If you are wanting to get into a regular training routine, but you are having trouble motivating to do it from home, this is just for you.

We are going to do it using fun and challenging MRT (Metabolic Resistance Training) workouts.

I'm going to give you:

- the workouts
- the coaching
- the accountability
- the motivation
- the nutrition plan
- the interval / cardio workouts
- the stretching / recovery routine

To get it done.
