- two quick things

Hey - two quick things:

1 - Keep Training

If you are feeling discouraged, mad, pessimistic, sad, or any combination of these feelings... you are not alone.

I'm usually a very cheerful person, but the state of the world right now has got me feeling great one moment, down the next!

Training can be a positive outlet for you. It's not going to solve all of the worlds problems, but it can certainly help with relieving some stress.

Getting your workout in for the day is also something that you can control.

So let's keep it going in these crazy times.

2 - New 28-Day KB Challenge starts Monday

We have a new 28-day KB Challenge starting on Monday.

It's called the 28-day "Dirty 30's" Kettlebell Challenge.

You get a full 28-day program based around the "Dirty 30" - chipper workout concept.

(A “chipper” workout comes from the CrossFit world.. it's where you link a series of exercises together, performing one after the other in succession. It's a fun and effective way to push the metabolic conditioning element, burn a ton of calories, and challenge yourself both physically and mentally.)

We have adapted these great workouts, and use many of the same principles, but make it so that you can do them at home with a couple of Kettlebells and your own bodyweight, in 20 or 30 minutes, three or four times per week.

Plus, you get a free copy of my Kettlebells for Abs – Advanced Results course AND Extreme KB Cardio Conditioning when you sign up.
