[new video] Kettlebell Waiter's Walk

A waiter’s walk is performed by simply holding a weight over head and walking.

It’s one of the best ways around to build shoulder stability and strength.

Using a kettlebell to do the movement is a great variation as the obliques and spinal erectors get extra work.

Here’s how to do it:

1 – Pick up kettlebell

2 – Brace your abs tight, and press kettlebell overhead

3 – Take a walk!

We are starting up on our new KB workout plan for July, wanted to post and make sure you knew about it.

See, at KettlebellBasics, we run a new 28-day kettlebell challenge each month. And the materials for the July Challenge, starting next week, go out starting tomorrow:

KettlebellBasics - July KB Challenge

It's always going to be quick-hitting, high intensity kettlebell-based workouts that you can do at home or anywhere with a kettlebell or two and your own bodyweight in about 20-30 minutes, three times per week.

We send out the complete plan weekly, plus we do video walk-thrus of all the exercises and workouts so that you know how to do everything with good form, and you can get the pacing of the workout right and everything else.

And then we also have a private group where you post every time you complete a workout, so it's nice for the added accountability and motivation to keep you on track.

It's a pretty cool program, I think we have it really dialed in at this point, and we've had over 200 people go through it over the last 7 months.

It's kind of like our online group training. Not quite as individualized, or the amount of individual attention you'd get with my 'KB Fit Over 40' online personal training, but it's also at a lot more affordable price point for a lot of people ($28 vs $199).

So, if you are interested, check it out at the link below:

Almost forgot - we do new, unique bonuses for each month. Check out the ones we have up for July!

We'll be shooting the videos for the first weeek tomorrow live in the group, and the full workotus go out on Sunday, so you sign up ASAP if you want in.

Let me know if you have any questions or anything else.

And if this is a fit for your goals and what you are looking to accomplish right now, hope to work together on it!
