The biggest lie when it comes to succeeding at pull-ups

What will most trainers / "fitness gurus" tell you to do if you want to do more pull-ups?
"Just do more pull-ups!"
Well... yes, practicing pull-ups WILL help you do more... but it's also NOT that simple.
The advice might work for some people, for a little while.
But the results seldom last.
And, this doesn't really help people who can't do any pull-ups at all yet, which is a good portion of the population!
See, getting really good at pull-ups and succeeding over the long term requires the integration of several key components that are essential to pull-up training success.
