the "55" Kettlebell Challenge
Published: Wed, 08/12/20
A big mistake a lot of folks make who are training for general, “aesthetic”- based fitness goals like fat loss, muscle gain, etc. – is that they set zero performance-based targets.
So – let’s say your main goal is fat loss. Your biggest measurement of progress should be your weight, body fat %, measurements, etc., for sure.
But setting performance-based goals for yourself should be a key part of the process as well. You need a way to see if you are getting stronger and making progress in your workout program.
And by setting performance-based goals and reaching them, you end up losing fat and gaining strength and getting into great shape as a result.
Pretty cool, right?
One of the best, most effective ways ways I've found to do this is with what I call kettlebell Challenge workouts.
These are workouts where you have a specific goal you are working towards - such as doing more rounds in the allotted amount of time (AMRAP), completing your reps faster in a designated amount of time (EMOM), just to give a couple of examples...
...you can SEE and FEEL the progress you're making over time...
...AND these workouts can be done with a single kettlebell in around 20 minutes time.
But now we're taking it to the next level.
Because I've created what could be our most epic kettlebell Challenge yet.
You do one of my famous KB Challenge workouts per day, for the next 55 days.
