BRUTAL 20-min single KB workout 🤯

I still remember one of my first kettlebell workouts like it was yesterday.

The year was 2008.

I had this maniac of a training partner at the big box gym I was working in at the time.

He brought it a kettlebell for us to mix into one of our daily workouts.

And I thought - dude, this thing is like 35 pounds. I'm strong! It can't hurt me!

BOY was I wrong :)

I got one of the best workouts EVER... the thing I was most shocked by was how using the KB COMBINED both the strength and the cardio pieces together.

I was SMOKED after about just 20 minutes!!

Really, it was like nothing I had ever experienced. And I had played pro sports and trained myself for 12 or 13 years and been a trainer for several more already, so it wasn't like I was new to the game.

The format we used for that workout was really similar to the one we're using in the workout linked below:

We kept those workouts in our program, and got noticeably leaner, and in better condition, over the next few weeks.

And I've obviously continued to use kettlebells in my workouts to this day!
