When you think of people in top shape in their 40s, 50s and beyond, Dwayne Johnson (also known by his ring name the Rock) has got to be on top of the list.

His physique is legendary, and ever-evolving.

If you follow his workout and training posts on social media like I do, one thing you see him use pretty regularly is kettlebells:



It's probably because when it comes to both testing you physically and mentally, AND going easy on your body and joints, the mighty 'bell is one of the best tools around.
