, got a GREAT new program from my colleague and friend Mike Whitfield to share with you.
Now, a warning!... the headline / lead of this letter is, in my opinion, a bit "hypey", lol...
...HOWEVER, the program is SOLID, I give it the Forest Vance stamp of approval:

I sent Mike an email just a couple of weeks ago letting him know how much I appreciate his workout plans, and that I use them today regularly for inspiration for my own training, and with clients...
...he replied and said he had this new program he had just created, sent me a review copy, and I'm pumped to try these new training plans!
Now some of the ideas / sales angles in the letter linked at the page below, I will honestly say I may not agree with 100%. And that's okay! Professionals in every field have differing opinions!
