24 Minute At-Home "Metabolic Stacks" Workout

Check out this "Metabolic Stacks" workout you can do at home. It features a blend of Metabolic Resistance Training, Metabolic Conditioning, and a Metabolic Finisher, for a safe and effective "stack". There are joint-friendly, beginner, and ZERO-equipment options built in. And you only need about 30 minutes, 3 times a week to get great results!

24 Minute At-Home "Metabolic Stacks" Workout
MRT Circuit
Do the following circuit as many times as you can in 10 minutes, resting
when needed.
- Goblet Squat (8), or Bodyweight Squat, or Lying Hip Extension with Feet
Wide (8-10)
- Dumbbell Row (8e) or Stick-ups (10-12)
- Dumbbell Squeeze Press (10) or Close-Grip Push-ups (12-15) or
- Kneeling Close-Grip Push-ups (10-12)
MC Superset
Do the following superset as many times as you can in 10 minutes,
resting when needed.
- Kettlebell or Dumbbell Swings (15-20) or Total Body Extensions (15-20)
- Cross Crawl (10-12e)
Metabolic Finisher
Do the following 8 times, resting as shown. However, if you need to rest
more, then do so.
- Lateral Jumps or Skater Hops (15-20 secs), rest 10-15 secs
