"3/7" Kettlebell Method (how to gain muscle + strength WITHOUT going heavy)

Published: Fri, 04/09/21

I want to share some new study findings with you today!

This is pretty exciting stuff.

It's the PERFECT way to train if you want to gain strength and muscle, and also want to go a *little* easier on your body than the traditional heavy lifting approach.

Here's an overview of the study (full abstract is also linked below):

-- A new method (3/7 method) consisting of five sets of an increasing number of repetitions (3 to 7) during successive sets and brief inter-set intervals (15 s) was repeated two times after 150 s of recovery
-- This was compared to a more traditional, linear sets and reps approach (8 sets of 6)
-- The 3/7 group got 75% better gains than the 8 sets of 6 group over a 12 week period!

Because of the way it's set up, the great thing is that you can get these kind of results, using lighter loads than you would in many traditional strength training programs.

If you want to learn more about this method, and get the full blueprint on how to incorporate it into your own training, click the link below:

Hope that helps, keep training hard, and talk soon! -
