NOTE: This is an advanced workout. It is a 12 week program and starts with beginner workouts for the first four weeks, then intermediate, then advanced. So you’ll build up slowly. And I don’t recommend trying this unless you already have a base of fitness.

NOTE: There is some equipment required for the workout below. If you don’t have some or all of these tools – no sweat. You’ll learn how you can do all the workouts using substitute exercises that don’t require equipment, in the full program.

1 – Ab wheel from toes – 25 reps
2 – Single arm farmer’s walk – 1 minute each side
3 – Side bridge – 10 reps with 10 second hold last rep
4 – Weighted hyper – 50 reps
5 – Stir the pot off ball – 2X20 seconds each way
