30-min Post-Workout "Sport Yoga" Recovery Session

Got back to it this morning with a fun event up in the CA Sierra Foothills - the "Blood, Sweat and Beers Trail Run"
I just love to get out and do this kind of thing. It keeps my training on track; it's fun to get out there with like-minded people who want to better themselves, and it pushes me to keep improving!
I'll tell you what though, I got a little beat up. For one, I stepped on a rock bombing down a hill, and have a fat bruise on the bottom of my foot. Plus, I was pushing pretty hard - I checked the stats on my Garmin after, and my AVERAGE heart rate for the full 10k was 175!!
Anyway, I'll be taking it easy for the next day or two to recover. I plan on doing a 30-minute "Sport Yoga" session tomorrow, to help me stretch out and (hopefully) reduce some of the soreness.
