"Why is intermittent fasting bad?"
Published: Sun, 09/05/21
Are you seeing a ton of ads and videos in your newsfeed these days about intermittent fasting?
I’m seeing them everywhere. And unfortunately a lot of them are from guys and gals who are just “jumping on the bandwagon”…
Since it seems to be a hot topic again, all of a sudden the “gurus” are coming out of the woodwork.
One of the pioneers of IF and author of one of the first books on the subject that dates way back to 2006, Brad Pilon.
Besides the nuts and bolts of what to do and when, Brad covers all the research on IF-related topics... from how fasting affects blood glucose/insulin/leptin/testosterone, to how it affects muscle building. Even though it was written in 2006, he updates the book every few years so that it is up to date with the latest science.
If you want to give intermittent fasting a try to improve body composition, lower disease risk, and improve brain function, check out Brad's book at the link below:

PS - To answer the question "Why is intermittent fasting bad?" -
I don't really think that it is!
I think it's just a matter of if it's a good fit for YOU.
Some people find it easier than any other approach to follow long-term, some find it harder.
Another thing is lifestyle considerations, and if the eating schedule will fit in with your social life.
But the only way to know if it's going to work for you, is to give it a try! Check out my recommended book on IF at the link below:
