4-Minute Tabata Abs Workout
Do as many reps as you can of each exercise for 20 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds between moves. Do 4 rounds of the sequence total:
– Bird Dog (beginner) / Sit-Out (advanced)
– “Modified” Hollow Hold (beginner) / Standard Hollow Hold (advanced)
