Happy Saturday!
I am gearing up to enjoy the fall weather over the weekend with family and friends.
How about you?
Well, we had lots going on this week in KettlebellBasics world, thought I'd do a quick recap:

New KB workout Video; "Nasty KB Exercise You've Never Tried" + More! (KBBasics Saturday recap)
1 - New KB workout Video: "3 Minute Kettlebell Mobility Exercise"
Mobility work is so important in our training, especially as we get past the age of 40. It’s the key to executing kettlebell exercises with proper form, as well as preventing injury. Problem is, we don’t always have time to do it. Today, I am going to share a kettlebell mobility “combo” exercise with you will only take three minutes – so no excuses! Use this as a warm up for your next kettlebell session, or any time:

2 - “Shadow Strength” Daily Joint Mobility Routine
This 17-minute "Shadow Strength" Mobility + Strength Program uses ancient martial arts methods to reshape and rebuild the body for health and strength.
It is primarily for men and women in their 40s and above who are noticing their strength and flexibility decreasing as they get older.
The techniques revealed in this program are also designed to help you get stronger without doing exercises that put your body under a lot of stress:

3 - 💀 nasty KB exercise you've never tried 💪
One thing I'm always doing is looking for new, innovative exercises to add into workouts.
A resource like this one is invaluable if you are doing the same:
-> "The Best Home Exercises You've Never Heard Of"
It contains several nasty KB exercises you've likely never tried, such as:
- the KB/DB "OLGL" - hammers the glutes!
- KB / DB "squeeze sit ups" - targets the lower abs like never before!
- the "very close grip" KB / BB row - blasts the biceps!
And more!...
