Have you ever gotten stuck in your kettlebell training?

It happened to me recently.

I was doing the same old kettlebell workouts again and again… my strength levels were not going up… and my body fat levels were not going down!

So, I went back to the drawing board. 

(Even though I’ve been training for the last 25 years, working full-time as a coach for the last 15, have a Masters Degree in Exercise Science, and have coached over 20,000 client sessions… I feel that there’s always more to learn!)

I purchased all the new kettlebell books and courses I could find. I enrolled in several online coaching programs as well.
