Oh man.
We did this single KB complex at the end of our boot camp at FVT last night as a “finisher” … it was BRUTAL!
Everyone was smoked.
So, I wanted to share it with you today in the FVT Newsletter.
You can use it as a finisher for YOUR kettlebell workout today …
Or even as a stand – alone training session.
You get time under tension, for quick mass building …
Plus some fat burning effects as well.
Just like Kettlebell GAINZ!!

Single KB Complex
1a KB press – 30 seconds, as many reps as possible
IMMEDIATELY followed by (same arm)
KB rack squat – 30 seconds, as many reps as possible
IMMEDIATELY followed by (same arm)
1a KB swing – 30 seconds, as many reps as possible
* 1a swing – switch, repeat on other side
IMMEDIATELY followed by – 30 seconds, burpees
Rest approx 60 seconds
Repeat 3-5 times total
