We have gotten dozens of applications for the KB STRONG Group Coaching program starting next week, and these are a few of the reasons why people have put down that they are looking to get involved.

And I KNOW these people are not alone.

But really, it’s not their fault.

Because they have probably been led to believe that it’s just more information – the newest, latest, greatest, most new-fangled program that’s going to get them results.

When it’s really likely needing someone to help you dial it in and make some tweaks here and there in your workouts and nutrition and help hold you accountable to get you the ultimate results you want.

Sometimes it’s a coaching client that’s doing an exercise as advised – but they are using 30% of the weight that they are capable of, and are not getting anything out of it as a result. We increase the weight, their strength goes thru the roof.

Sometimes it’s someone who *thinks* they are training with decent form – but they send me videos to review, I help them fix some simple mistakes, and their results go thru the roof.

Sometimes it’s people taking the wrong approach to diet for THEM – they are trying intermittent fasting because someone told them it was good – but it doesn’t work for THEIR schedule, and body, and life – we switch it up, their fat loss goes thru the roof.

There are many other possible small tweaks like this that can make ALL the difference … and the only way you can get these expert tweaks, is to do one of my coaching programs.

Until now, the only way to get involvled was with my Elite Coaching – and that meant a MINIUMUM investment of $500.

But this week, we’re rolling out our KB STRONG / Group Distance Coaching program – and we can work together, at a fraction of the cost.

Here’s how it works:

— First, we get on the phone one on one and go over your goals, what you’ve done in the past, how it worked (or didn’t) and what your unique, individual needs and circumstances are so that we can determine if working together is a good fit. By the end of that initial conversation we’ll know if you’re a good fit for my distance coaching program and if I’m a good fit for you.

— If we decide that we’re a fit, then I’ll take you through my assessment protocol so that we can get a baseline idea of where your fitness level is at, and so that we can coach you to get maximum results.

— Then, you’ll get a new workout plan every week, as part of my Elite Distance Coaching group. The workouts are designed for fat loss, lean muscle gain, and maximum fitness benefit. They’ll be designed so that you can do them with a couple of kettlebells and your own bodyweight. And they’ll take you about 20-30 minutes, 3-5x per week.

— I’ll also give you access to my Athletic GAINZ diet, and help you monitor and tweak and optimize it for YOU, so that you can get the fastest possible results.

— I will be working with you closely during your program. You will have access to a private Facebook group, just for my Distance Group Coaching clients. Here, we’ll work together to help you optimize each workout to YOU. You’ll get feedback from me to troubleshoot any challenge that may arise, answer any question you may have, and to give you the motivation and accountability you need to get results fast.

Again – my Elite Distance Coaching program is $197-$297 per month. With that program, the workouts are 100% personalized, you get monthly phone calls with me personally, unlimited email access, and more.

It’s my “first class” program, if you want to think of it that way.

My GROUP Distance Coaching program is $79 per month. Yes, the workouts are less individualized, and you have less direct access to me – but you’re still getting world-class, time-tested coaching from me personally to get you where you want to be.

It’s like “business class”. And it is by FAR the most cost-effective option I’ve EVER offered that includes coaching and advice, and me as your personal trainer.
