But you are frustrated with your lack of results, because nothing you are trying seems to be working.

But here’s how it works:

Whacky Crazy Way to Lose 8.5 Pounds in the Next 28 Days
Day 1:
— Weigh yourself, so that you have a baseline.
— Take 2 before pics – one from the front, one from the side.
— Take the FVT Band Challenge to assess and test your fitness:
Days 2-29:
— Train, exercise, move – EVERY day. This can be a kettlebell or bodyweight workout. It can be riding your bike, or going for a hike, or doing yoga, or whatever. The big goal is to get out and MOVE! If you have a specific plan, like the one we follow in my coaching program, of course you’re going to get better results … and if you have the accountability of a coach and a group of like-minded people to support you, like we do in my coaching program, you’re also probably going to get better results … but the idea is the same. Your goal is to burn an extra 500 calories per day over and above what you are currently.
— Eat less. Get into a calorie deficit. You can accomplish this in a variety of ways – Intermittent Fasting, Carb Cycling, low carb, high fat – nutrition is highly individualized, and I make a point of this in the official FVT meal plan, the Performance Nutrition Diet 2.0, that we use in my coaching program .. and different things are going to work for different people! .. but the only PROVEN way to lose fat is to find a program that is going to work for YOU, and one that you can follow on-going to get into a calorie deficit with. Your goal is to eat 500 calories less per day than you are currently.
Day 30:
— Weigh yourself.
— Take pics again.
— Take the FVT Band Challenge again to test your fitness.
Congratulate yourself! If you’ve managed to create a daily 1000 calorie deficit via the plan outlined above, you will have lost 8.5 pounds over the previous 28 days!

It sounds simple – and it IS!
But it’s not EASY – or everyone would be walking around fit, lean, strong, and healthy.
Because keeping your diet consistent … staying regular on your training … and everything else that goes into getting great results, can be tough at times.
When you have a coach, and a group to keep you accountable, it makes it a LOT easier.

— First, we get on the phone one on one and go over your goals, what you’ve done in the past, how it worked (or didn’t) and what your unique, individual needs and circumstances are so that we can determine if working together is a good fit. They’ll be designed so that you can do them with a couple of kettlebells and your own bodyweight. And they’ll take you about 20-30 minutes, 3-5x per week.
— I’ll also give you access to my Athletic GAINZ diet, and help you monitor and tweak and optimize it for YOU, so that you can get the fastest possible results.
— I will be working with you closely during your program. You will have access to a private Facebook group, just for my Distance Group Coaching clients. Here, we’ll work together to help you optimize each workout to YOU. You’ll get feedback from me to troubleshoot any challenge that may arise, answer any question you may have, and to give you the motivation and accountability you need to get results fast.
