Not sure if you know Keith?

But, if I do say so myself, he has got some pretty impressive results over the last couple of years at FVT.

He has lost 55+ pounds, and is really a completely changed person.

So basically, what we did was take the workouts he has done to get these results, the diet he used to get these results, everything - and packaged it up into a program.

It is essentially three separate programs, with 16 weeks / 48+ different KB workouts, plus 18 detailed meal plans, that I have assembled in a very specific way.

What Keith did was, he started with "Kettlebell SHRED" to build his fitness and conditioning ...

He then moved on to "Kettlebell STRONG" to then start building the muscle and getting stronger ...

And he is now on to "Hybrid Kettlebell Muscle" where he does some barbell work along with his kettlebell training for next level results.
