I think you mentioned that you were looking for specific workouts that would help you work on the midsection?

Well, this just came across my desk, so thought I would send it your way:

24 KO core Ab Workouts

These workouts are created by my pro MMA fighter Jeremy "Little Spider" Murphy.



Jeremy is also a personal trainer, and uses a lot of the methods that he uses to get in condition for his fights, to help his clients get abs and get in shape too.

He has put the ab training methods that he has learned over the years as a fighter that help him get ripped get abs - and now he has adapted modify them so that anyone can use them anytime, anyplace to get in the same amazing shape.

These are 24 KB core Ab Workouts total in the program - but here is one of them just to give you a little sample (there are video demos of the workouts included in the full program):

60s Core Intervals: 45sec Work/15sec Transition
