KB STRONG challenge - starts Monday! - you in?

Our 28 day KB STRONG challenge starts this coming Monday, Dec 4th!

The 28 Day KB STRONG Challenge is specifically for kettlebell fans, who want to:

- take their training to the next level
- take their results to the next level
- finish 2017 strong instead of waiting until 2018 to start

The focus of this Challenge is PERFORMANCE (and as a result, we help you lose fat, gain muscle, and get in great shape)

For example - we will use some special methods to help you:

- Press a heavier KB by the end of the 28 days
- Swing a heavier KB by the end of the 28 days

And much more.

And as a result, get you in better shape and closer to your other fitness goals, at the same time.

Here is the deal though - not everyone can get in.

We are limited to 35 folks with our current set up and we currently have less than 10 spots left.

So if you want IN:

1 – Double check that you meet the requirements

– You need at least 2 KBs (8k or 12k and 12k or 16k for women; 12k or 16k and 20k or 24k for men)
– You need to be able to commit to training for 20-30 minutes, 3 days per week for the next 28 days
– You need to be committed to giving it your best and making an honest effort
