Kickboxer Abs
These are 5 minute sequences designed by North American Kick Boxing Champion Mike Zhang.
They are based on workouts he uses himself, and that he uses to train other pro fighters ... but adapted so that you can do them in about 5 minutes, and with no special equipment.
If you want something fun, different, and highly effective to train your abs, I recommend that you give this a try!
